About the Conference

The 14th European Conference of the European Sociological Association (ECSA) will be held in L'Aquila, Italy, from September 10-13, 2024. The conference will bring together sociologists from all over Europe to discuss the latest research on a wide range of social issues.

The conference theme is "Sociology for a Sustainable Future." This theme reflects the growing importance of sociology in understanding and addressing the challenges facing our world today, such as climate change, inequality, and social justice.
