Submission Guidelines

All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the conference website. Papers must be original, unpublished, and not submitted for consideration to any other conference or journal. Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE conference proceedings templates.

The maximum paper length is 10 pages, including references. Please note that all submissions will be peer-reviewed by a panel of international experts.

Registration

Registration for CANS 2024 will open in весной 2024. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, and the welcome reception.

Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate for conference attendees at the Fuzhou Grand Hotel. To book your room, please visit the conference website.

Transportation

Fuzhou is easily accessible by air, rail, and road. The Fuzhou Changle International Airport (FOC) is located approximately 30 kilometers from the city center. There are regular flights to and from major cities in China and around the world.

Fuzhou is also well-connected by rail. The Fuzhou Railway Station is located in the city center and offers high-speed rail services to major cities in China.

If you are traveling by road, Fuzhou is accessible via the G15 Shenyang–Haikou Expressway and the G2213 Fuzhou–Xiamen Expressway.

Visa Information

Citizens of most countries do not require a visa to enter China for a stay of up to 15 days. However, citizens of some countries may require a visa. Please check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate for more information.
